Donald at Spatial DeCo was the project manager of the major renovation I did of my flat. The renovation entailed gutting most of the flat, installing a new heating system, raising ceilings in part of the flat, enlarging doors, plastering, painting and installing an oak parquet floor. Part of the work entailed breaking into and through chimney breasts and required flue surveys and meticulous construction work.
Donald’s role encompassed all aspects of work related to this project. He worked with me to plan the renovation, engaged with obtaining the required planning permission, sourced the firms for the flue surveys, plan of the flat, planning permission and the building work. He scrupulously monitored every aspect of the renovation and engaged with neighbours as needed as well as the block staff . I cannot imagine my renovation having been so successful without him.
I cannot recommend Donald highly enough and would work with him again as a first choice in any other such work I might be engaged with. He is highly experienced, diligent, reliable and with outstanding judgement and taste. He knows when to make a decision and to encourage a certain outcome. Donald has exceptional people skills and managed all affected stakeholders immaculately.

We recently contracted Spatial DeCo for alterations to to our flat. We made changes to the kitchen, tiled in the living area and hall way, installed integrated washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher and decorated our apartment. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project it was done within budget and within the very ambitious timeline we have set for the company.
Donald Paige, project manager at Spatial DeCo was key in providing interior decorating options, finding the correct appliances and planning, management and quality control of the contractors tasked with executing the work. Spatial DeCo sourced all the material and equipment according to our specifications. This saved us a tremendous amount of time. We did not have to do any research or bargain hunting. Furthermore the company seems to have an endless source of contractors to deliver whatever is required at a high standard and on time.
Throughout the process the Donald kept us informed of the progress, he was onsite every day. Donald has a wealth of interior decorating knowledge his choice in tiles and paint delivered a very stylish finish allowing us a range of options to install our own style in the choice of furniture and art work. Spatial DeCo is an excellent choice for those of us who are inexperienced when it comes to decorating a home or just indecisive, we had a few last minute requests which were incorporated without any major alterations.
We would recommend Spatial DeCo. We will soon decorate the bathroom and without hesitation Spatial DeCo will be the contractor for the job!
